Meet Our Founder
Josh Serene
Josh Serene, the founder of Jasbec Bridging, has over 15 years of experience in property finance and investment. His career began at Together (formerly Blemain Finance) as an office junior and mortgage processor. He then transitioned into property sales at Reeds Rains, gaining valuable experience in residential property transactions. Later, he expanded his focus to property management, handling a range of residential properties and building a solid foundation in property finance.
Following this, Josh founded Stamp Duty Claims, where he assisted over 2,000 property investors in recovering more than £14 million in tax refunds. Leveraging the extensive network and large client database from Stamp Duty Claims, he launched Almyra Finance and Melia Insurance to offer tailored financing and insurance solutions to property investors.
Josh’s own investment portfolio is a testament to his industry knowledge and business acumen, with holdings in residential properties, commercial real estate, HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation), and various development projects. His extensive experience and network position him uniquely in the property finance market.
